New Player Registration

For those of you looking for details on registering for the Development Centres and completing the Parental Consent - this is now all done online.

Click here to go to the Online system. You need to register for your JDC (as the level) and then the location for the Centre (Solihull, Coventry, Warwick or Rugby).

Print off the page when you complete it, and sign it, and take the signed copy to your first Development Centre session (the assessment).

REMEMBER - Age Groups are based on Calendar Years and NOT Schools Years, and apply as below:

Born before 1996 - Too old

Born in 1996 - U17

Born in 1997 - U16

Born in 1998 - U15

Born in 1999 - U14

Born in 2000-2002 - U13

Proposed Courses - Please Express Your Interest

Within the County, in support of the development of our future infra-structure, particularly with regards to youngsters, we are planning on running a number of courses. Could you please email the Chairman, and let him know what sort of numbers you might have (from club/school/individually) that would be interested in:

a) A Foundation Umpire course (aimed at ages 13 and below)

b) A Young Leaders Course (probably 11+)

c) The new England Hockey Leadership award (probably 11+)

- the difference between b and c is that the second one is very hockey specific, whereas the first would be for sport in general).

All courses would most probably be held at the Silhillians Sports Club and cost somewhere between £20 and £40.
